Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation

  • Cancellation Window: Customers can cancel their order within 24 hours of placing it. To cancel, please contact our customer service team on email with your order number.
  • Cancellation Process: If the order has not been processed or shipped, it will be canceled, and a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Cancellation After Shipment: Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, customers can return the book after delivery as per our return policy.
  • If an order is suspected to be fake, Booksgoat reserves the right to cancel it without prior notice.
  • Any delay in verification may result in a delay in shipping and delivery.

Buyer Does Not Want Item

In case a Buyer doesn’t want the book the buyer can chose to return the book to us by paying for the return shipping and a 20% restocking fees based on the order value before discount or sale price.

Return Process

  • The book must be unused and in its original condition to be eligible for a refund.
  • A valid tracking number is mandatory for all returns to ensure proper processing.

Shipping & Delivery Issues

Lost or Damaged Shipments

Failed Delivery & Incorrect Address

  • If an order is returned to us (RTO) due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, the buyer will be responsible for reshipping charges.
